Given below are the Code of Conduct laid down by
Blessings so as to provide quality services without compromising on the authenticity and
the sanctity of the service. Code of conduct is of Blessings’ and does not form part
of code of conduct that may be listed by respective temple if any.
- All services related to temple are provided as per the directions of the temple
administration and within the purview of internal / statuary conditions/ norms that may be
prevalent.
- All donations made will be in the favour of the temple and will not be routed and
directed through the account of Blessings / BIPL, in any manner whatsoever.
- Blessings will not accept any payment whatsoever for any of the temple related
(specified) services i.e. offerings in the form of donation or puja.
- Booking for pujas have to be made a week in advance (see minimum booking time) so as to
facilitate smooth operational process.
- Puja bookings will be done only as per the specified list. No puja outside the official
temple list will be entertained.
- Puja requests / bookings will be confirmed only after the availabilities of the time
slots or the same is confirmed by the temple. (for some of the pujas there may be
limitations to the number of pujas that can be performed in a day ).
- All the pujas will be performed by the authorized temple priests and no extra payment to
them is need to made unless it is clearly specified by the temple authorities.
- In case any temple have a system of offering prasad as part of the puja, same would be
forwarded to the devotee as per his instructions as well as other conditions related to
the transportation. Devotees will have to bear all the expenses related to transportation
and packing, as may be the case. These charges have to be paid in advance at the time of
booking of the pujas.
- Only those prasads which are non- perishable and are amenable for the transportation
locally and internationally would be transported subject to the various legal / statutory
conditions / limitations that may be in force from time to time.
- No liquid product or prasad would be transported or delivered.
- Blessings will make all necessary efforts to ensure that the pujas are performed on the
date / time of booking. However it will not be responsible nor it is liable in case the
temple authorities for reasons whatsoever do not perform the same. Under such
circumstances devotees may request for the same puja to be performed on any other day of
his choice / convenience.
- Once the request for the puja is confirmed by the devotee as well as the temple, the
same cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation there will not be any refund of money,
unless the same is acceptable and authorized by the temple authorities.
Devotees have to fill in the requisite forms as provided in the site.
